I'm going crazy right now. The first time I read the book, I didn't really feel very sad about Charlie and Silena. But the second time, after I had started to create my own characters for a book I'm planning, I fell in love with the two characters because of how similar their personalities were to one of my couples. (I know, I talk to much XD)
I know right!?!!?!?!? I TOTALY agree with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He shouldn't have killed them!!!!!!!!! I mean, I guess I can see why he killed Selene and everything, with the whole breaking a guys heart thing, but he had ABSOLUTLY NOOO reason to kill Beckendorf too!!!!!!!!!!! He sucks during that chapter because of that!
As much as I loved these two throughout the series, I thought killing them off was a great, but sad edition. They brought such realism to the war and the fact that many campers died. May they live forever happy in Elysium.
They're in Esylium together, they're in Esylium together, they're in Esylium together... *tries not to cry* I miss them. Charles didn't have to die, Riordan! They're meant to be alive! Anyway, I love it! You get it right when you make a bunch of Deviants sad. [:
I hated how Beckendorf died, he was thinking of Silena...then when Silena died she was happy because she would be able to see Beckendorf in the underworld! It was just so sad! :,( No Rick shouldn't have killed them!
Like how Piper's eyes change, Silina's hair changes, in one book she has blonde hair, another black and when impersonating Clarisse; Brown. I imagine the ability to change an aspect of one's appearence is a power gifted to Aphrodite's children (since she is always changing her appearence).
Most fan-art I've seen settles on her iwth black hair though.
well i beleave that they should have die like tey did because it made the story better and also it gave percy some needed duty and also when ilena died it gave criss some needed inspearrestion but great art though
agreed I don't fully understand why Charles had to die. With Silena it made sense * SPOILER* because she redeemed her for betraying the camp, and then tried to fix it and died in the process, but Charles (in my opinion) was an unnecessary death
please, if you agree/ disagree with my, send me a note, let's not start a comment war
